The Blue on Blue Collection of porcelain pendant lamps explores texture and pattern with some of the most elemental colors in nature — ocean blues, vegetative green, and subtle flashes of blooming pink. Each lampshade is wheel-thrown in porcelain and carefully trimmed to reveal its own distinct profile. The surface is layered with hand-painted blue stripes over a lighter blue background, creating a rhythm of movement and depth. A specific segment on each lamp is painted in green and topped with textured white blobs like ecosystems growing gently across the surface. Pops of pink punctuate each piece differently, responding to the contours of the form: sometimes appearing as dots, sometimes as linear accents, like blossoms emerging from the landscape.
 
Designed to live anywhere in the home, each pendant features an adjustable knotted cord that allows it to hang over a reading nook, beside a bed, above a console, or as a small constellation when grouped together.
